USES
In diffusion: Jasmine, like other Essential Oils extracted from white flowers, has a highly beneficial effect on the nervous system. In ancient times, it was regularly used in Albuterapia (from the Latin word “albus”, white) to relieve from excessive stress or fatigue. If diffused in the evening hours, Jasmine relaxes the nerves, alleviates the sense of fatigue and renews energy.
Massage, ointment and friction: one of the greatest virtues of Jasmine concerns the female genital system: its action is useful in case of menstrual pain and for all the problems that may have psychosomatic origins, such as inflammations and irritations. If massaged on the lower abdomen, Jasmin Essential Oil is gently warming, stimulates blood supply and helps to relax the muscles.
Face: Jasmine is a precious ally of beauty: it relaxes the skin, tones and revitalizes it. Reduces wrinkles, cracks and redness. Add 3 or 4 drops (x 50ml) to your face cream to benefit from the virtues of its active ingredients and enjoy its heady scent.
