Eucalyptus Essential Oil
Thin aromatherapy
Eucalyptus Essential Oil is obtained through steam distillation of the leaves and the small branches.
Fresh, balsamic and intense, Eucalyptus “opens” our chest, both from a physical as well as from an energetic point of view: it easily dissipates the melancholy that can stagnate inside of us and promotes a burst of vitality. It makes us feel freer, transforms difficult situations into new possibilities. When diffused, the clean energy of Eucalyptus removes tensions and helps to restore harmony after a fight with your partner. It stimulates concentration, memory, freshness of thought. It is a great remedy for people who suffer from an excessive need for possession, both in regards to objects and to people.

USES
In diffusion: Eucalyptus Essential Oil is highly beneficial for our respiratory system. Eucalyptus Globulus contains an active ingredient called 1-8 cineol, which is responsible for its mucolytic, expectorant and decongestant action. At the same time, the monoterpenes make it antispasmodic, antitussive and balsamic. It is also slightly antiseptic. The amalgamation of its properties make Eucalyptus the “King of Breath”. Eucalyptus Essential Oil, regardless of its use, is mainly expelled through the lungs during exhalation. It offers support in both study and work: it refreshes ideas, stimulates concentration and memory. Excellent for the study of scientific subjects.
Massage: chest rubs and massages with Eucalyptus Essential Oil are extremely effective in case of colds and rheumatic pain. Eucalyptus is a powerful antiseptic against infectious skin diseases, small burns, wounds or herpes. It is also a powerful ally for the scalp: add a few drops of Essential Oil to your shampoo/lotion to reduce dandruff and seborrhea.
Aromatic baths and steam inhalations: Eucalyptus Essential Oil is extremely useful to actively contribute to the healing of respiratory problems deriving from cold or infectious diseases. Aromatic baths can attenuate rheumatic pains and contractures.
SECRETS
Water retention? Eucalyptus is always a very useful ingredient in the creation of anti-cellulite oils. Anti-inflammatory and oxygenating, it tones and tightens the tissues and drains excess fluid. For this specific use, we recommend Eucalyptus Citrodora.
WARNINGS
