USES
In diffusion: Ginger Essential Oil is a powerful heating oil, so it is truly valuable in diffusion in the cold winter months. It activates sexual energy, in particular male energy. Helps fight car sickness and controls and regulates stress eating.
Massage, ointment and friction: carminative, digestive and stimulating, Ginger Essential Oil (after dilution) is highly beneficial when massaged on the abdomen to alleviate spasms, combat swelling and stimulate digestion. Due to its pleasantly warming action, we recommend using it on the lumbar area and around the kidneys, in case of energy loss or poor resistance to cold. It is also extremely useful in aromatic baths (diluted in milk or honey) when you start feeling the first cold symptoms: Ginger induces sweating and quickly stimulates the body’s immune defenses. To relieve the respiratory tract, add Ginger Essential Oil to warm salt compresses on the chest. As it greatly helps to relax tight muscles and encourage circulation, Ginger is also valuable for athletes.
SECRETS
Add a drop of Ginger Essential Oil to your favourite Massage Oil to fully absorb all the active ingredients. Ginger increases blood circulation: drawing blood to the area of application will allow other Essential Oils to circulate faster.
