Plants and Legends
Myrtle: in ancient times myrtle was used to obtain “the water of the Angels”, which wealthy dames consumed to improve their skin tone due to its toning, refreshing and purifying action. It is believed to be the plant of purity. In ancient Rome, myrtle was considered a symbol of conjugal love, a powerful aphrodisiac, and an effective remedy against many diseases.
Mandarin: the notes of sweetness of its aroma bring a message of simple playfulness, awakening the inner child in us; in ancient history, its highest vibrations were associated to Baby Jesus.
Bergamot: has a fresh and pervasive scent. The essential oil extracted from the skin of the fruit is called “The scent of Paradise”. Very used in perfumery from the 1700s onwards.
Lemon: fresh citrus scent with cleansing properties, powerful tonic. We associate it with purity and protection.
Incense: the name derives from the Latin word “incendere” which means burn or shine. It has always been associated with fire, with divinity, and used in prayer to facilitate the link between the human and the divine.
Litsea Cubeba: or MaiChang, which means “The Call of the Angels”, as it is identified in its country of origin, is a small fruit with a fresh and gentle perfume; it is considered antidepressant, invigorating, digestive.
Aspen fiore di Bach
“Vague unknown fears, for which there can be given no explanation, no reason. Yet the patient may be terrified of something terrible going to happen, he knows not what. These vague unexplainable fears may haunt by night or day. Sufferers often are afraid to tell their trouble to others”.
(Dr. Edward Bach)
Aspen infuses us with the courage to face the unknown; it helps us in capturing the strength from the spiritual world, both strengthening our faith and offering us direction and guidance on the spiritual path, favouring relaxation.
Rub the rollerball evenly along your skin, preferably on the warmest parts, wrists, nape, behind the ears and at the base of the neck. Up to ten applications per day (max. 2 on the lips) are recommended for adults.
“Therefore, behind every disease are our fears, anxiety, our greed, our desires and repulsive things. Let’s find them and heal them, and with them the diseases from which we suffer will disappear.”
(Dr. Edward Bach)
An energetic cure to heal our emotional imbalances.
The original Bach Flower Remedies is a safe and natural method of healing discovered by Dr. Bach from 1930’s in England. It is called Flower Therapy because it uses natural essences of wild flowers that gently restore the balance between mind and body by casting out negative emotions such as anger, fear, worry, stress, anxiety, trauma, depression, adjustment issues and lack of self-esteem which interfere with the equilibrium of the being as a whole.
A truly natural cure in harmony with the laws of nature that govern the environment in which we live; a method that respects man in his totality, that acts on the psyche and on the body, on the subtler planes of the organism, rebalancing it in depth.
