USES
In diffusion: antiseptic, Rosemary cleans the air from bacteria and dust. Perfect for adequately sanitizing even the most lived-in rooms. Aphrodisiac, activates blood flow at a genital level. Its action is particularly effective on women, conveying greater awareness and strength in their relationship.
Massage: circulatory, Rosemary is an effective adjuvant in the treatment of water retention. Perfect for a sports massage: it tones the tissues and relieves muscle pain. For this purpose, it can also be used following convalescence.
Rosemary (in particular CT Cineolo) is an excellent expectorant: the Essential Oil can be used for steam inhalations to decongest the respiratory tract and massaged on the chest to soothe cough. Warming and energizing, it relieves fatigue if massaged on the lumbar spine area and on the long vertical back muscles. Highly purifying, it is greatly beneficial in creams and face-masks (hydrolate is preferred) for the treatment of oily and acne-prone skin.
