Thyme Linalol Essential Oil (White)
Thyme Essential Oil ignites thought, creativity, memory and concentration. It favours more the rational activities than intuition: it is incredibly useful when we feel excessively tired, stressed, or when we lose touch with everyday life and need courage and support to stay focused on the present. Thyme strengthens both mentally and physically: the Salenitana School of Medicine recommended the use of Thyme in times of anguish and depression because it was believed to heal the wounds of the spirit and to restore vital energy.
Improves mood, invigorates the spirit and helps greatly with apathy, fear or self-depreciation. Thyme is a very undemanding plant, it grows on rocky soils and needs very little water. Relentlessly beaten by the sun, it returns the heat and the cosmic energies that have nourished it.

In diffusion: antiseptic, Thyme fights microbes and bacteria. Expectorant, perfect for treating respiratory diseases, cough and phlegm. Highly recommended in the colder months or during seasonal flu epidemics to purify the air. Combats stress and fatigue, stimulates concentration and strengthens our mental faculties. Extremely warming, Thyme Essential Oil is a truly valuable ally to people who suffer excessively from the cold weather and who often feel weak and exhausted.
Massage, ointment and friction: Decongestant and antispasmodic, Thyme Essential Oil (1-2 drops diluted in Vegetable Oil) is an outstanding product for steam inhalations: apply an ointment on the chest to help treat tracheitis and bronchitis, on the neck, in case of sore throat. In dilution of 1% it can be used inside neutral creams to fight skin fungi.
Thyme is extremely useful for repelling ants, bugs and critters from your house. Just add a few drops of Essential Oil to small cotton balls and place them around the house, in your closets.
Avoid during Pregnancy and Breastfeeding. To avoid skin irritation we recommend a very high dilution (1%).
