– The device must be used only for its intended purpose, i.e., as an essence diffuser. Any other use is to be considered improper and therefore dangerous. The importer cannot be held responsible for any damage resulting from improper or erroneous use.

– The device is not intended for use by children or persons with reduced physical, sensory, or mental capabilities, or in any case, without specific knowledge and experience, without supervision or instructions regarding its use, provided by a responsible person. The product is not intended for children's play.

– After removing the packaging, ensure that the device is intact and shows no visible damage. If in doubt, do not use it and contact the retailer.

– Before connecting the device, ensure that the electrical data matches that of the power supply network.

– Use only the provided power adapter. Do not use multiple sockets and/or extension cords.

– Do not wrap the device with any material: heat may not dissipate adequately, which could cause deformation and potential fire hazards.

– Periodically check the power cord, power outlet, and transformer. Do not use in case of faults or malfunctions.

_ The use of any electrical appliance requires observance of some fundamental rules, including: never touch the appliance with wet or damp hands and feet; do not immerse the appliance in water; do not pull the power cord to disconnect the plug from the power outlet; do not leave the appliance exposed to atmospheric agents and keep it away from heat sources; do not allow the appliance to be used by unsupervised children or incapacitated persons.

– Do not drop, hit, or shake the device as the internal electronic circuits could suffer irreparable damage.

– Do not operate the device when the tank is empty.

– Before performing any cleaning or maintenance operations, the device must be disconnected from the electrical power supply by unplugging it.

– Avoid direct steam flow onto electrical devices.

– In case of device failure and/or malfunction, switch it off and do not tamper with it.

– If you decide not to use the device anymore, it is recommended to dispose of it according to proper disposal regulations.



WARRANTY CONDITIONS

The device is covered by a legal warranty for a period of two years from the date of purchase for consumer customers. The validity of the warranty must always be proven by a fiscal document (receipt or tax receipt) and exclusively covers all components that are originally defective due to material or manufacturing flaws. Defects due to wear and tear, accidental breakage, incorrect use of the device due to non-observance of the user manual, or negligence in use or maintenance are therefore not covered by the warranty. THE FOLLOWING ARE ALSO EXCLUDED FROM THE WARRANTY: Periodic maintenance interventions and the repair or replacement of parts subject to normal wear and tear; Any adaptations or modifications made to the product; Any physical injuries, accidentally caused or resulting from non-compliant or improper use of the device; Any damage caused by non-observance of the user manual; Repair interventions by unauthorized personnel or by the customer themselves; Fortuitous events: lightning, floods, fires, etc.
