You can massage a few drops of essential oil - diluted in cream or vegetable oil - on your chest, below your navel, and on the soles of your feet. You'll feel better immediately.

    After-sun: Aloe is the ideal after-sun. Essential oils enhance its action, making it a true beauty elixir! Enrich 100 ml of Aloe Vera Gel with 60 drops of Lavender Essential oil and 5 drops of Peppermint. Lavender is soothing and regenerating, and will enhance Aloe's restorative action.
